On Tuesday June 7, 2016, the Croton Falls Fire Department was dispatched to State Route 22 in the area of Swan Deli and Sugar Hill Rd for a reported rollover personal injury auto accident (PIAA) with 1 occupant possibly trapped in the vehicle.

Car 2071 was first to arrive and confirmed there was a car rolled over on its roof and the occupant was out of the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle stated he was traveling north on Interstate 684 and was hit by another motorist, which caused his vehicle to rollover several times and land on State Route 22.

The driver of the vehicle was not injured, but was taken to Danbury Hospital for evaluation by the North Salem Volunteer Ambulance Corps.
