On Wednesday, February 1st the Croton Falls Fire Department entered a team of 5 firefighters in the 35th Annual East Coast Firefighters Ski Race at Hunter Mountain. The team took 2 runs through a downhill race course dressed in turnout gear while carrying a 50' section of hose. The proceeds from the event went to a charity of the winner's choice. While the Croton Falls firefighters didn't win the race, our team improved their time over 2016's results and everyone had a great day on the mountain.
