| On the evening of Thursday October 22 at 19:31hrs The Croton Falls Fire Department was dispatched mutual aid to the Goldens Bridge Fire District for an unknown type odor in the A&P Supermarket at the North County Shopping Center.
The CFFD responded with Ladder 67, Rescue 28 and all 3 Chief's. 2071 was the first mutual aid to arrive and was given orders from the Goldens Bridge Command to have Ladder 67 pull IFO the A&P and ladder the roof. Once in position the crew from Ladder 67 investigated all of the mechanical equipment that was located on the roof of the building.
Rescue 28's Crew reported to the number 3 side of the building to investigate all of the mechanical equipment that was located in the rear of the building.
The cause of the odor was unfounded |
